Using update-my-site is pretty easy.  You just:

1. Log in to your account

2. Type up what you would like done to your site and submit the ticket

3. Submit your ticket

4. Visit the ticket for updates and comments

5. The update-my-site.com team makes the requested changes, seeking clarification when necessary

6. You're notified when the changes have been made.

7. Your site is updated, and everyone's a happy camper. Easy!
